1. Crisis Intervention
On-call & On-scene 24/7/365 support We have over 25 years experience in what to "do and say" in the first 3 hours, 3 days or 3 weeks of a crisis.
Help mitigate and evaluate acute distress Our on-scene specialist can assess the possible need for further mental health services. This can include seeking advice from a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, if necessary.
Crisis CARE and support Compassion, Acceptance, Reflection and Encouragement for individuals or groups
Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) Standardized individual and/or group stress management protocols
Follow-up Short and long-term CARE and CISM support services
Memorial, Funeral and Remembrance gatherings Experienced, professional and available to facilitate and/or officiate
2. Training
Crisis Intervention & CARE Defining Compassion, Acceptance, Reflection, Encouragement; plus the Ministry of Presence, and the Gift of Availability
Psychological First Aid What to "do and say" in the first 3 minutes to 3 hours of a crisis; from a car accident or suicide to an earthquake or terrorism
Pastoral Crisis Intervention Applying psychological first aid; plus providing spiritual and/or religious support & care
Trauma, Grief & Loss Identifying and dealing with common reactions; plus when and how to refer to a higher level of care
Suicide Awareness, Prevention, Intervention & Postvention The importance of Asking The Question; plus self-care guidelines for responders and survivors
Compassion Fatigue & Burnout Knowing the dangers of feeling and/or doing too much; plus self-care practices
Individual Crisis Intervention & Peer Support One-on-one crisis support and referral protocol; Peers helping Peers through times of crisis
Group Crisis Intervention A comprehensive and phase sensitive multi-component approach to crisis intervention for large and small groups

Basic Chaplain Training A custom program that meets national academic requirements to become a Police and/or Fire Chaplain
